Going into the the building, the security staff was kind and chatted with Jason (MN News Now) for quiet some time. Myself and Capital started out in the lower level administrators office where we ran into a gun permits clerk who was bothered by cameras and it is where we meet Deputy Penson (Bdg. 693) from the Ramsey County Sheriff's office.

It is important to note that while tensions do escalate at times, the Sergeant and I were always able to keep control and work through the difference on behalf of both groups. I do believe that an education was given and I know it will be taken seriously.

About a month and some change back, I went to Chicago Illinois to do some filming. One of the places I stopped did the favorite "Right Here" thing over and over again rather than just stating his name and info. Then when I decided that I wanted to speak with the officers supervisor, he told me I could go up front and the others laughed.

While in route to Chicago IL to cover issues with filming Mayor Lightfoots residence I noticed a silver ford explorer that was speeding up to me from the rear. At that point in time, I noticed that it was a IL Sheriff Department Vehicle. I did try to have a conversation with the Deputy to ask him why he was going so fast when he was so far away from his home state.

Mayor Lori Lightfoot has made news for various issues during the pandemic, police reform/racial issues and unconstitutional policies. While I do think it is important to state I have no ill will toward any American due to their political beliefs, I would also like to state that it is extremely sad that our country has come to the point where FBI is showing up at peoples homes to ensure that no one is planning on causing harm.

This is some footage from 2 different audits that I conducted with some auditors in the Oklahoma City area. The first stop was Tinker Air Force Base where I was approached by a Senior Airman. The second stop Midwest City where I was able to walk around the parking lot freely.

I was on my way to a friends house, it was probably one of the last nice days to ride here in Minnesota, and I noticed all the squad cars with lights on in the intersection of a highway. Their firearms were drawn with the vehicle boxed in. The highway is currently under construction so that did make for some interesting parking issues.

As many of you know, I had received word from Chief Boerboom that he would be happy to sit down and do a Q and A with me. He was extremely kind about the process and was also really looking forward to being a part of this.

Many of you regular views may recall my situation where I went live at the Blue Earth Justice Center about 3 weeks ago. During that time, I ran into a couple different problems. From that I filed a complaint against one of the supervising deputies. Let's just say that it didn't go that well.

I went to Rogers and had a decent interaction with LE. Yes, they were curious and they did ask questions. That being said, they did not push the issue much and they do technically do have the right to do that. They stayed professional.

Though the police shouldn't have taken a "feelings" complaint SOOO seriously showing up with 3 cops, they were over all respectful of my rights and knew when to stop pushing. They did inform Karen and her White Knight that I was well within my Constitutional Rights and it was not up to her to dictate whether or not I can film in a public place. That is all I need them to realize and act on.

I was out with @nowminnesota doing a live cop watch a little while back and ended up turning in the wrong lane. Prior to this incident we were pulled over by 4 squad cars for being suspicious because we followed the police. During that interaction I was asked if I would provide my ID and I promptly noted that I had not committed a crime and was not going to pride my ID.

I went to the Minnesota Governors mansion to make sure that they are still respecting our rights. This locations has been the site of many protests in the past couple of months. I do believe the two State Patrol Officers did an a decent job asking what they knew they could and didn't force any issues when it came to me. The only thing that was a bit interesting was their willingness to give their names up. The claim was made that it is not in their policy to identify.

Most people who end up on this are either really awesome and we are doing an interview, or they brought attention to themselves. After continually running into problems with this public servant, I decided to file a Data Practice Request for her personnel record. Of course, no response was ever provided. I will be addressing that with Polk County.
